Job Description:

The Product Manager will provide tactical execution of programs for new and existing products in the immersive technology portfolio. You will also drive the voice of the customer, provide product development support, train, and implement products. The position will collaborate with Market Development, Sales, and Operations teams and colleagues to meet sales, marketing, and operational goals. The ideal candidate will be able to operate independently, exercising good judgment within generally defined practices and policies, and will combine a passion for science with an understanding of marketing and customer needs to thrive in a fast-paced innovative business environment.

What are the exciting things you will be working on?

• Collaborate with partners to define user and technical requirements for immersive products
• Develop storyboards, creative briefs, design documents, and various other tools to capture the user experience and interface
• Liaise between the customer and Development Team prior to project kickoff
• Align with the Program/Project Manager/Scrum Master on key deliverables, landmarks, deadlines, and the communication plan
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to implement the product roadmap and achieve successful implementation
• Facilitate pre-sales consultations as necessary
• Conduct voice of the customer activities, including gathering feedback and reporting out to leadership
• Participate in product development workshops and ideation sessions

Skills and Abilities:

• Interest in immersive technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality
• Excellent Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Stream, OneNote, Forms, Outlook, & Yammer, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for customer advocacy, and service
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Ability to work with tight timeframes
• Creative, resourceful, self-starting, and curious

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, communications, or education.
